, a leading AISC-certified fabricator in Lynchburg, VA, delivers complex 200–500-ton commercial and institutional projects across VA, MD, and NC. We’re expanding our estimating and sales team to support continued growth.
Estimate and sell structural steel packages while developing relationships with top GCs. Collaborate with leadership on bids, preconstruction strategy, and long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Bring- 5–10+ years estimating/selling structural steel fabrication
- Strong GC relationships in VA, NC, or MD
- Experience with fabricators like Banker Steel, Crystal Steel
, etc. - Process-driven, relationship-focused, growth-minded
- Hybrid flexibility (case-by-case)
