• At least 2 years' experience with photogrammetry, laser tracker, total station, and Spatial Analyzer
• Knowledge of laser scanners, cyclone, and Micro Station applications are a plus

As a Metrology Technician in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the I
-Metrology Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. The Metrology team supports many aspects of the nuclear industry including component installations, pipe fabrication and installation, load-path analysis and interference detection analysis to name a few. These tasks are accomplished with many of the standard metrology tools such as photogrammetry, laser trackers, total stations, large volume scanners, and small area scanners using Spatial Analyzer, Geo Magic, Micro Station, and Cyclone as a few of the required software’s.

Additionally, our team develops specialized tooling to meet the needs of the nuclear industry. Your work will include:

• Planning and executing field assignments
• Working in a team environment as the project task lead
• Overseeing and ensuring project execution
• Providing solutions to customer project concerns
• Creating measurement plans
• Generating reports

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $26.90 - $35.30 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
