Job DescriptionR3 Continuum is searching for Private Practice Psychologists or Psychology agency members to expand our Evaluation and Independent Psychological Examination (IPEs) network. You will provide in-office psychological evaluations and IPEs to support employers and their employees in the Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Forest areas.

- Supplemental income, earning $250 to $350 per hour
- Independently licensed, in good standing in the state of Virginia
- Doctorate level (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Forensic Psychology
- Forensic training at the doctorate level OR at least 2 years of work in areas of forensic psychological assessment, IPE, or fitness‑for‑duty evaluations
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000 / $3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C's online evaluation and IPE training
Hourly rate: $250 - $350
