- Bachelor's degree in social work, human resources, sociology, special education, rehabilitative counseling, psychology, or a related discipline.
- License or certification in accordance with state laws and regulations.

- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to understand and meet residents' unique needs.
- Building relationships between residents and staff while promoting individuality and choice.
