• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, feeding, and other daily living activities.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate with the care team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License (Virginia).
• Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to bringing dignity, comfort, and peace to patients.
