Impact Living Services is hiring Outpatient Therapists! Specifically, we are looking to hire individuals with a trauma-informed approach and are or are interested in becoming EMDR trained. We have options to provide EMDR training at no cost to our counselors.

• Must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Must be registered as Licensed or Licensed Eligible from the Virginia Department of Health Professions (DHP).
• Minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults in a mental health capacity.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass all child protective services, criminal history and DMV background checks.
• Be a self-starter with good organizational and time management skills.
• Must have positive, hopeful and professional attitude.

• 1 year of professional experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis (Required).

• 1 year of professional experience in an outpatient counseling setting (Preferred).
