Role in Ensuring Wellness- Strategic Leadership:

Oversee employee health programs, streamlining processes and ensuring comprehensive care. - Quality Assurance Expert:
Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements. - Innovative Problem-Solver:
Utilize your expertise to address complex healthcare challenges and implement cutting‑edge solutions. - Continuous Improvement Champion:
Drive initiatives to enhance patient care, staff safety, and overall quality.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare.
- Current RN license for the state of Virginia.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSN) highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with competency/education software preferred.
- Champion evidence-based practices and best practice standards in infection control.
- Develop and implement comprehensive infection control and employee health orientation programs.
- Ensure meticulous record‑keeping and maintenance of employee health records.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advocate for employee health and safety.
- Orchestrate employee health initiatives, pre‑employment testing, vaccinations, and more.
- Coordinate the infection control program, conduct risk assessments, and notify relevant health departments.
- Educate staff, physicians, and community leaders on infection prevention and control.
- Craft and implement policies and procedures for a seamless onboarding process.
- Support administration with employee health databases and compliance matters.
