• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare.
• Current RN license for the state of Virginia.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSN) highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with competency/education software preferred.

• Champion evidence-based practices and best practice standards in infection control.
• Develop and implement comprehensive infection control and employee health orientation programs.
• Ensure meticulous record‑keeping and maintenance of employee health records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advocate for employee health and safety.
• Orchestrate employee health initiatives, pre‑employment testing, vaccinations, and more.
• Coordinate the infection control program, conduct risk assessments, and notify relevant health departments.
• Educate staff, physicians, and community leaders on infection prevention and control.
• Craft and implement policies and procedures for a seamless onboarding process.
• Support administration with employee health databases and compliance matters.
