Skills:

** Manages routing/switching and network security, multi‐OS environments, virtualization (e.g., VMware/Hyper‐V), core cloud services, and release of IaC via pipelines; automates common admin tasks.

** Plans and executes upgrades/migrations, configures network devices and services, responds to incidents, monitors performance, and manages resources.

As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Database Engineer.# Project Summary The DBA / Database Engineer provides specialized database and file share support to a large-scale enterprise cloud migration program as applications move from on-premises data centers to Azure and AWS. The role handles database assessment, migration, compatibility and remediation, integrity, and performance when applications need it.

The role is remote.  # Engagement Context  The DBA / Database Engineer is part of a shared pool of specialists and is assigned on demand, based on application complexity and migration needs. The role works with migration teams and the program's data architect to resolve database challenges that go beyond the teams' own skills.#
