What You’ve Accomplished

• Completion of a BS in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience including process improvement, knowledge of Lean, and Six Sigma principals.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods, and metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Ability to lead, motivate, and effect change through others
• Familiarity of Corporate product lines and support organizations

As a IB-A Performance Improvement Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IB
- Quality Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Responsible for effective implementation and management of the Human Performance Program, Corrective Action Program, and Voice of Customer
• Responsible for driving improvements in solving human performance issues and performance improvement processes
• Develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable human performance improvements
• Directs the development of reports as needed to ensure upper management is aware of performance conditions and improvement opportunities
• Creates and manages executive metrics, including a process for collecting, presenting, evaluating, and following up on resulting actions
• Provides leadership in driving culture changes needed to build support and participation in improvement processes
• Tracks cost savings associated with performance successes and failures
• Develops and adheres to annual operating expense budget.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
