We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Machine Helper to join our team. This position works primarily in a shop environment and involves assisting with machine operations, preparing metal for processing, and supporting production workflow. The role is hands‑on and physically demanding, with exposure to seasonal temperatures, dust, fumes, smoke, and periods of high noise.

Responsibilities
• Assist machine operators with daily production tasks
• Prepare and handle metal parts and materials for processing
• Use precision measuring tools to verify sizes, weights, and specifications
• Sit, stoop, and bend for extended periods as required by the job
• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Operate a forklift (preferred but not required)
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Help ensure customer satisfaction by completing tasks accurately and on time
• Participate in training opportunities and grow within the company Requirements
• Ability to speak, read, and write English to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and complete paperwork
• Basic math skills for measuring, calculating quantities, and verifying weights
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and willingness to follow directions
• Comfort working in a physically active, industrial environment
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to perform tasks as needed
