• Organize time, equipment, and staff to deliver effective case management within the operating room.
• Address patient needs upon admission, ensuring their comfort and privacy and explaining procedures to reduce anxiety.
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team, anesthesia staff, and peri‑operative personnel to maintain clear communication and continuity of patient care.
• Perform circulating nurse duties, preparing the operating room and anticipating the needs of the team while supporting anesthesia administration.
• Maintain accurate patient care records in compliance with facility policies.

• Completion of a BSN or ADN program.
• Registered Nursing license in the state of Virginia.
• At least 2 years of operating room experience preferred.
