• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire if needed).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work full‑time, part‑time, or PRN hours, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
