Join Eastern Healthcare Group and help promote wellness, healing, and independence for all the lives we touch. We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel at our facilities.

• Competitive hourly rate $18 - $20
• $1.00/hour shift differential for 3:00 p‑11:00 p shift
• $0.75/hour shift differential for 11:00 p‑7:00 a shift
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus paid quarterly (full‑time and part‑time only)
• Daily pay for all positions

• 1.5X holiday pay
• 1.5X overtime pay for hours over 40 per week

Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents and patients. Direct resident care duties will be performed under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

• Current CNA certification from Virginia
• Current or active CPR certification (preferred)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web navigation
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining quality and productivity
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds; physical work is primary (≥70% of job)
• Ability to stand or walk for over four hours per day
• Ability to bend or stoop for over one hour at a time
