CMG Anesthesia Services located in beautiful Lynchburg, VA, is seeking CRNAs to join our multi‑specialty group to provide services at our Centra Lynchburg General Hospital and Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital. Cases include Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Cath Lab, GYN, Urology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Peds & OB. • New W‑2 Rate: $195/hour – Includes Malpractice Insurance
• Minimum Work Requirement: 16 hours every 8 weeks
• No CALL, No NIGHTS
• Schedule:
  
  Self‑scheduled 8-, 10- and 12‑hour shifts
• Care Team Model; 3:1 supervision/direction of CRNAs
• Hospital bed capacities: 360 beds (LGH), 160 beds (VBH)
• Strong relationship with our surgeons – team‑based model
• Case mix at two hospitals (4 miles apart):
• Virginia Baptist – General, Plastics, Urology, GYN, Peds Dental, OB, Ophthalmology, ECTs
• Lynchburg General – Level 2 Trauma Center covering General Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Vascular, ENT, Bariatric, Orthopedics, Trauma, and Electrophysiology. Cerner EMR

• Provide anesthesia care for a broad range of cases across two hospitals.
• Maintain readiness for self‑scheduled shifts of 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hours.
• Adhere to the 16‑hour minimum work requirement every 8 weeks.
• Communicate effectively with surgical, anesthesia, and OR teams.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate charting.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Graduation from an AANA Accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• Hold a current, active license as a Registered Nurse in Virginia (or multistate licensure privilege).
• Certification by AANA or eligibility for certification;
  Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Nurse Practitioner.
• ACLS Certification and CPR certification.
