American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a day shift position requiring 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and a VA or compact RN license.
Details- Medical Surgical unit within a hospital setting
- Medical patient population including renal and diabetic patients
- Day shift schedule, 3x12 or 4x12 hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
- Biweekly orientation held on Mondays
- Active VA or compact RN license required
- Candidates with pending certifications will be considered
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with medical patient population including renal and diabetic patients
- Teaching hospital experience preferred
- Must reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility
- Scrubs of any color allowed with professional appearance, including child-friendly print tops and scrub/lab coats
- Nicotine-free campus
