• Create daily job lists and maintain records of serviced rooms

• Ensure equipment is in good condition and report any shortages, damages, or security issues

• Address guests' complaints or requests promptly and professionally

• Monitor stocking levels of consumables

• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Proven working experience in a relevant field

• Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation

• Customer service orientation with a helpful attitude

• Strong prioritization and time management skills

• Professionalism with attention to detail and efficiency

• Proficiency in English language

• High school degree
