• Follow standardized recipes and production sheet counts when preparing meals and adjust recipes as needed.
• Follow requirements for therapeutic and mechanically altered diets.
• Prepare foods based on the production schedules using wholesome ingredients.
• Take temperatures of foods during preparation and prior to service.
• Follow HACCP standards while producing food to ensure food safety measures are met.
• Taste food prior to service and adjust seasonings as needed, mindful of therapeutic diets.
• Adhere to all standards of food safety when handling food products.
• Practice personal cleanliness, wear clean uniforms, change soiled apron frequently, and wear hair coverings according to dress code.

• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks and ability to regulate and maintain workflow.
• Pleasant personality and patience exhibited while interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance.
