Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Position Summary:
Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always-warm rotisserie chicken. We’ll also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders.

- Be a Team Member: maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
- Be an Expert: prepares food according to item specifications; understands and plans for future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; and demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
- Be an Owner: drives the performance of the area; utilizes digital tools; manages high exposure and expectations; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; guides peers and provides attention to customer needs; assists customers according to company policies and procedures.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: acts as an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes and practices.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
