Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, sales associates also participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and focus on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections.
• Remain customer‑obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit and influence with moments that matter.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, new arrivals, and floor placement; contribute to omni‑order fulfilment including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast‑paced environment, managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
