Vellon Group Inc. is actively hiring Unarmed Security Guards to join our expanding team in Lynchburg, VA. This is an immediate-hire opportunity for motivated individuals looking to grow within the private security industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to observe and report, ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients and the public through active site monitoring and professional presence.

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor assigned premises.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches.
• Maintain detailed and timely incident reports.
• Follow client-specific post orders and company protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.

• Valid Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer License or be willing to go to the process to receive one.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and situational awareness.
• Ability to work on your feet and in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to complete a criminal background check successfully.

Days:
Monday through Sunday

Hours:

5:30 PM to 10:30 PM (17:30 to 22:30)
