The role involves performing various security duties, including:

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
• Enforcing client and company policies
• Monitoring and reporting hazards
• Conducting routine patrols
• Reporting incidents to management
• Interacting with clients, visitors, and the public
• Other duties as assigned

This position may require work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, standing, walking, bending, lifting, and possibly sitting at a computer.

Candidate requirements include:

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a good record
• Ability to pass background and drug tests
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate security systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
