Maintenance Person, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure they’re operating efficiently and perform any needed repairs
• Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
• Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed
• Typical tasks may include the following
• Painting:
  Interior and/or exterior walls, ceilings, and trim
• Flooring:
  Install or replace flooring, including hardwood, tile, or carpet
• Plumbing Tasks:
  Install or replace faucets, toilets, and other basic fixtures
• Electrical Work:
  Replace or install outlets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
• Appliance Tasks:
  Install or repair appliances, such as dishwashers, ovens, or microwaves
• Vanities:
  Install or replace bathroom vanities and associated fixtures
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
  Perform general cleaning and power washing of surfaces
• Material Management:
  Act as a runner to acquire materials for the project as needed

• Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent

$20 - $30 hourly
