HVAC Mechanic

Dae Sung, LLC is currently accepting applications for an HVAC Mechanic at its contract to provide operation and maintenance services located at the Lynchburg Federal Courthouse.

Hourly Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour. Health & Welfare Pay: $1,211 per month (per CBA) and it also offers Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, and Pension Plan per the collective bargaining agreement.

Working

Schedule:

Monday through Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm.

HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of 5 years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
• Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
• Must be willing to obtain/maintain Nate Certification within 6 months of employment.
