Pay Rate: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Machines break. That's life. But you? You're the one who knows how to unbreak 'em - and fast. Whether it's a busted part, a machine throwing a tantrum, or some mystery noise nobody else can figure out, you've seen it, fixed it, and probably yelled at it a few times. Good news, you're in demand.

What Fuels Success Here:

• GED or diploma; technical schooling is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Experience with inserters, conveyors, bowes, forklifts, or press equipment preferred
• Comfortable reading schematics, manuals, and blueprints
• Comfortable performing physical duties (lifting up to 50 pounds), working independently, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of predictive/productive maintenance programs and PM systems
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proven leadership experience, including training and mentoring team members
• Ability to run air lines, conduit, and wiring for new or relocated equipment

What You'll Be Doing

• Check machines, spot problems early, and keep them running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns fast - electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic - whatever's thrown your way.
• Handle repairs and preventive maintenance so downtime doesn't win.
• Assist operators with maintenance requests and equipment setup for production
• Execute equipment tear-downs, rebuilds, and fabrication as needed
• Order, install, and manage replacement parts inventory
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to PM schedules
• Train and mentor other technicians to foster a proactive maintenance environment
• Ensure a safe, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols (lock-out/tag-out, Haz Com, OSHA)
