Lead Swim Instructor

Responsibilities

• Learn and teach British Swim School standard-based swimming lessons with an emphasis on survival skills.
• Train new swim instructors who join our program.
• Speak to parents/customers about their children’s progress.
• Engage children/swimmers through smiling, singing, and having fun while teaching lessons.

• You love working with children and see them progress.
• You are upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work; having fun is mandatory.
• You are a year-round employee looking for a longer-term position.
• You are a swimmer with an understanding of all four strokes and an appreciation for the water.
• You are available on weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) starting at 8:30 a.m.
• You are available on weekday afternoons/evenings starting at 3:30 p.m.
• You have reliable transportation to any of our area locations.
• You are willing to learn and follow franchise brand standards and guidelines, and teach new instructors the same.
