Position: CDL Class A Driver/ Equipment Operator
J+M Infrastructure is a Civil-Site & Utilities Contractor, who excels in Civil Construction and Site Development Contracting, with an emphasis on Utilities, and Excavation We assist with new construction projects by performing demolition, clearing, excavation, asphalt paving, concrete work, water mains, sewer, storm drainage, throughout central and southwest Virginia.

We are focused on building a team of dynamic, motivated individuals who are more than just employees but valued and respected players. People are our priority! We are currently seeking a Site Superintendent for projects in central and southwest Virginia.

We are currently seeking an experienced Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver. This candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic, possess a positive can-do attitude, and be willing to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

General Requirements

Must drive dump truck to destination applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations

The familiarity of roads in the area is preferred

Must be able to make daily pre/post-trip inspections on assigned vehicle in order to maintain maximum vehicle safety conditions and to check for any damaged or work parts or for any signs of tampering

Must be able to comply with all aspects of truck maintenance, cleanliness, and repair in accordance with the guidelines specified in the Truck Driver's Handbook

Must be a Virginia resident

Must be a leader who is looking to grow

Must pass drug test/screening

Must be available to work Saturdays

Valid CDL Class A commercial Driver's license required

Previous dump truck experience is required

Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned
