Our projects range from simple relay logic circuits to standalone PLC-based OEM builds to multi-panel distributed control systems. The OpportunityWe're seeking a motivated Control Systems Integrator to join our innovative team. WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Designing and programming PLC control systems, with a primary focus on Co De Sys (IEC 61131-3).
- Developing intuitive and effective HMI projects using Vijeo Designer.
- Integrating a variety of components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Remote I/O, and other smart devices via fieldbus networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, CANopen, Modbus RTU, HART, IO‑Link).
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the various problems that can arise in control panels over time.
- Conducting thorough in‑house testing of manufactured control systems prior to shipment.
- Actively contributing to new project initiatives and the evolution of our OEM product line.
- Possesses experience with, or a strong aptitude to quickly learn, Co De Sys or other IEC 61131-3 PLC development environments.
- Has experience or a solid understanding of industrial network protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, CANopen, Ethernet/IP).
- Is familiar with instrumentation and electrical system design principles.
- Demonstrates a commitment to writing disciplined, organized, and well‑documented code.
- Has an interest or experience in commissioning and troubleshooting control systems.
- Is a proactive self‑starter and is comfortable with a degree of autonomy.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and is focused on achieving results.
- Has a good grasp of electrical concepts. A background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is beneficial.
