Lynden Door is seeking a Safety Manager who will play a central role in strengthening and advancing a safe working culture across our Family of Companies, including Lynden Door, Victory Millwork, Source Engineering, and Glacier Mouldings, with consultative support to Alliance Door Products in the U.S. and Canada. • Cultivate strong coaching partnerships with managers and supervisors, reinforcing shared ownership of safety improvements.
• Influence leaders by aligning our safety-first vision with the real needs of employees, using attentive listening and problem-solving to advance initiatives.
• Lead and develop a capable Safety team, fostering their growth and effectiveness in supporting supervisors and frontline teams.
• Oversee organizational safety programs and regulatory compliance, ensuring policies, standards, and training practices are current and effective.
• Guide incident investigation efforts and communicate insights and preventative strategies to senior leadership.
• Maintain clear, trust‑building communication of safety expectations across departments, including orientation, training, and collaboration with supervisors.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and lead thoughtful implementation of required updates.

• Salary of $90, annually
• 8 Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
• 401(K) after 90 days, and 401(k) profit‑share eligibility after 1 calendar year of employment.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety best practices, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• 5+ years of experience leading safety functions in a complex, high‑paced environment of 300+ employees—or comparable leadership experience combined with safety oversight.
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills, including facilitation, active listening, and effective presentation to senior leaders and large groups.
• A leadership style rooted in service, people development, and collaborative problem‑solving.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance, incident analysis, and use of business process improvement tools.
