Join our team and help us prepare and ship our custom doors across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll work closely with a team to package stacks of doors using tools and equipment, follow safety and quality standards, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure every product meets our quality standards.
Location: 2077 Main Street, Lynden WA 98264
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and work ethic
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual attendance record
- A basic math skill dealing with 1/1000 of an inch measurement
- An ability to lift 50+ pounds
- A woodworking and/or mechanical aptitude (preferred, not required)
In Return, We’ll Offer You:
- Wage: $21.75 per hour (Base pay $20.00 Plus a shift premium of $1.75)
- Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half
- Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions
- 401K (Available after 90 days) including profit-share after 1 calendar year of employment
- 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)
- Paid Time Off (Accrues at 2.0 weeks per year to start, eligible to use after 90 days)
Monday-Friday 3:45pm - 12:30am (overtime as needed)
