Production Team Member – Day Shift
Location:
Lynden Door, 2077 Main Street, Lynden, WA 98264.
Join our collaborative production department, where you’ll help frame, trim, and build high‑quality doors. Team members rotate tasks every 2–3 hours to keep work fresh and help build well‑rounded skills. With a blend of camaraderie and friendly competition, we foster a fun, supportive environment where people enjoy coming to work.
While experience in light construction is helpful, it isn’t required – we provide hands‑on training. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a coachable mindset are what matter most, helping team members grow quickly and unlock future opportunities.
We offer a competitive entry wage and a Monday‑Friday 6:00 AM–3:45 PM schedule with overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs comfortably.
- Ability to stand for 8–9 hours per shift.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Be comfortable with a tape measure.
- Assemble and produce doors in various stages.
- Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines.
- Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Able to learn new skills and processes as needed.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Positive, hardworking, and dependable.
- Comfortable working hands‑on.
- Open to feedback and good communicator.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Available Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM–3:45 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime.
- Base Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Hours over 40 per week are paid time and a half.
- Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, HSA contributions.
- 401(k) (available after 90 days) including profit‑share after 1 year.
- 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days).
- Paid Time Off (accrues at 2.0 weeks per year to start, eligible to use after 90 days).
