Production Team Member

Overview

Production Team Member – ALLIANCE DOOR PRODUCTS (Lynden Door). Join our collaborative production team to frame, trim, and build high-quality doors. Team members rotate tasks every 2–3 hours to keep work engaging, with a fun, supportive environment.

Location: Lynden Door, 2077 Main Street, Lynden, WA 98264

Shift: Day Shift, Monday–Friday 6/7:00am–3:45pm with overtime as needed

• Work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable with a tape measure
• Assemble and produce doors in various stages
• Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Able to learn new skills and processes as needed
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs comfortably; ability to stand for 8-9 hours per shift
• Experience in light construction is helpful but not required; hands-on training provided
• Motivated, positive attitude, coachable mindset; willing to learn
• Open to feedback and good communication
• Reliable and punctual
• Availability Monday–Friday 6:00AM–3:45PM, with occasional Saturday overtime

• Base pay: $20.00 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a half for hours over 40 in a week

• 401(k) available after 90 days, with profit-share after 1 calendar year
• 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)
• Paid Time Off (accrues at 2.0 weeks per year; eligible after 90 days)
