Manufacturing Machine Operator – Swing Shift

Victory Millwork in Lynden, WA is ready to immediately welcome a dedicated full‑time Manufacturing Machine Operator to the team! Whether you are already experienced on the line or looking to break into the industry, this is the job for you.

We have a swing shift available. The shift pays $21.75/hour. Our team enjoys great benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.

• Monday - Thursday: 3:45 PM to 2:30 AM with occasional Friday overtime

• Work seamlessly with team members to produce quality products.
• Feed materials into equipment and maintain the back of the machine.
• Accurately stack materials and perform quality‑control checks to ensure each product is correct.
• Undergo training and develop skills to take on additional tasks and equipment.

• Basic math skills, including ability to read a tape measure.
• Physical ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn more.
