An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Inspector to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our friendly and professional in-house workforce, you will play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include carrying out pre- and post-work inspections, monitoring subcontractor performance, and supporting compliance with health and safety requirements across both tenanted and void properties.
