We are supporting a small 1 form entry school in central Southampton who are looking to support their ECT and trainee teachers with a short-term co-teacher and mentor. The school is working towards excellence and has had excellent success in raising behaviour standards and implementing an exciting and well-rounded curriculum.

What We’re Looking For:

An experienced teacher who may have had a role mentoring before
A strong knowledge of the Year 1,3 or 5 National Curriculum standards
Someone happy to co teach, model best practice, support with planning ideas and resources
Someone who creates inclusive, supportive learning environments
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
A current DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
