We require an experienced Campsite Manager to manage Ashurst Campsite - situated on the edge of the New Forest.
As Campsite Manager you will be in charge of the day-to-day operations on your campsite you must portray a professional and approachable image. You must be able to act with initiative when needed to manage situations.
You will be responsible for directly managing the staff and the site to ensure that everyone is fulfilling their roles whilst adhering to company policies. Customer satisfaction and site safety will also be your responsibility
A detailed knowledge of the New Forest Code would be a desirable, and previous camping and touring experience or managerial experience (2 years) is essential.
ideally you will have experience of larger scale operations (all touring and or seasonals) no statics and of organising with the necessary team the grounds and facilities maintenance. THIS IS A DOG FREE SITE SO WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM ANYONE WHO WISHES TO BRING THEIR PETS WITH THEM.
You must have the ability to work under pressure and be flexible.

PLEASE NOTE OUR 2027 SEASON DATES ARE MIDDLE OF MARCH TO END OF SEPTEMBER - as Manager your contract commences prior to the opening and extends approximately one week after the site shuts.
