Location: New Forest
Sheet Metal Worker - Up to £21ph + overtime - New Milton, Dorset

As a Sheet Metal Worker in New Milton, you'll join a skilled team producing high-precision aerospace components. You'll enjoy flexible working patterns - choose a 4-day week or a standard 37-hour schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Setting up and operating fabrication machinery
Cutting, bending, forming, and shaping sheet metal
Reading and working from technical drawings
Assembling, inspecting, and finishing high-quality components
Working both independently and as part of a skilled engineering team
What we're looking for:
Experience in sheet metal or fabrication, ideally within aerospace or precision engineering
Strong practical knowledge of tools, materials, and fabrication processes
Confidence in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
