- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Work closely with lead teachers to implement curriculum and activities
- Assist with circle time, small group learning, creative projects, and daily routines
- Supervise and actively engage children both indoors and outdoors
- Help with diapering, toileting, snack/meal times, and classroom cleanup as needed
- Greet children, families, and visitors warmly with professionalism and kindness
- Encourage curiosity, exploration, problem‑solving, and creative thinking in children
- Model positive interactions and respect for diversity and individual needs
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of childcare/daycare experience required
- Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with young children
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and classroom support
- For Infant/Toddler classrooms: ability to safely lift infants in and out of cribs
- Pay: Based on experience and education
- Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
