• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Work closely with lead teachers to implement curriculum and activities
• Assist with circle time, small group learning, creative projects, and daily routines
• Supervise and actively engage children both indoors and outdoors
• Help with diapering, toileting, snack/meal times, and classroom cleanup as needed
• Greet children, families, and visitors warmly with professionalism and kindness
• Encourage curiosity, exploration, problem‑solving, and creative thinking in children
• Model positive interactions and respect for diversity and individual needs

• High school diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
• Minimum of 1–2 years of childcare/daycare experience required
• Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with young children
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and classroom support
• For Infant/Toddler classrooms: ability to safely lift infants in and out of cribs
• Pay: Based on experience and education
• Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
