We are seeking a skilled Tekla Drafter/Detailer with a strong background in structural steel detailing to support the preparation of shop drawings and erection plans. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in Tekla Structures and be comfortable coordinating with engineers, fabricators, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient detailing.
Responsibilities:
Create 3D models and generate detailed shop and erection drawings using Tekla Structures.
Interpret structural engineering drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Coordinate with project engineers and fabricators to resolve detailing issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (AISC, AWS, etc.).
Manage drawing revisions and updates throughout the fabrication process.
