• Create 3D models and generate detailed shop and erection drawings using Tekla Structures.
• Interpret structural engineering drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Coordinate with project engineers and fabricators to resolve detailing issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (AISC, AWS, etc.).
• Manage drawing revisions and updates throughout the fabrication process.

• 3+ years of experience using Tekla Structures for structural steel detailing.
• Strong background in structural steel detailing and shop drawing preparation.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, fabricators, and contractors.
• Knowledge of AISC, AWS, and other relevant codes and standards.
• Applicant must be a NJ/NY Permanent Resident with personal transportation to Lyndhurst on a daily basis.
