We have a rare opportunity to join the Finance Team at THE PIG Hotel's Head Office in Lyndhurst. The Senior FP&A Analyst will support the Head of FP&A in all aspects of analysis, with key involvement in the forecasting, budget and 5‑Year Plan processes.
The role will assist in preparing investor reporting to our Private Equity owners and other commercial finance projects. The focus will be on interrogating and understanding the key trends and analytics of the business and supporting decision making through data. The role will work closely with key internal stakeholders, serving as an interface between operations and finance. This is a busy, fast‑paced role that suits someone keen to demonstrate their skills, continue learning and collaborate with the wider team.
Responsibilities- Own the monthly insight reporting processes to ensure timely and efficient reporting for:
- Monthly reporting packs to our PE partners
- Quarterly board reporting
- Support Operations teams and Senior Management with financial insight on operational decisions.
- Business Partner Hotel Directors, providing clear understanding of monthly numbers, support with specific queries and give financial insight for decisions such as:
- Staffing cost analysis
- F&B proposition analysis
- Pricing elasticity analysis
- Coordinate and deliver the annual budget process.
- Support Hotels and Revenue Director with the regular forecasting process.
- Design and implement a focused KPI reporting approach.
- Own the BI system ensuring integrity and enabling efficient ad‑hoc reporting and analysis.
- Involved in business cases for potential investment in new hotels and growth projects.
- Involved in the annual 5‑Year Plan process.
- ACCA or ACA qualified.
- Big 4 experience would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role is desirable.
- Experience of Private Equity environments is desirable but not essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel – strong fluency with formulas and functions.
- Previous knowledge of working with BI systems would be desirable.
- Ability to take ownership, work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to tell the story of the numbers with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work on own initiative to solve problems with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Collaborative and prepared to work with the wider team to deliver key priorities.

– Finance – 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Salary: circa £60,000.
