Priority Group Services is a leading New Jersey homecare provider seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist patients in daily living activities and promote their well‑being in the comfort of their homes.

• Deliver professional nursing care following established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess the patient’s health, including vital signs and respiratory status.
• Provide mobility support and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing and grooming.
• Collaborate with the patient’s family and healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided.

• Current LPN licensure in New Jersey.
• At least one year of nursing experience, preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• Knowledge and experience in handling a ventilator is a plus.

You’ll have the opportunity to provide highly personalized care for a patient in a home setting, working closely with the patient’s family to ensure their comfort and well‑being. Pay Rate: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
