• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT and ERP system projects
• Track project timelines, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
• Prepare project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes, SOPs)
• Gather technical requirements from internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support resource allocation and task assignments
• Help ensure projects follow IT and ERP standards and best practices
• Assist with testing, deployment, and project closure activities
• Conduct ad hoc research for technical and vendor solutions

• Basic understanding of IT and ERP systems, software, and infrastructure
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple teams and priorities
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or in a related field
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Familiarity with business process mapping and software development processes
• Basic understanding of budgeting and resource planning
