Spencer Savings Bank is seeking an experienced AT & Financial Center Manager to lead branch operations, sales, and customer experience.

Base pay range

$78,468 – $124,007 per year.

• Manage day‑to‑day branch operations and internal sales process to meet results.
• Deliver extraordinary customer experience through Spencer’s service behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and risk management practices.
• Participate in local community and business events to promote the bank’s brand.
• Support VP Market Manager in creating the annual business plan and branch sales tactical plan.
• Maintain branch profitability and coach staff through performance and talent management.
• Handle branch scheduling, audits, and other operational duties as required.

• Directly supervise Assistant Financial Center Manager and Financial Center Relationship Representative and indirectly supervise Financial Center Service Representatives.

• Strong interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse personalities in a courteous and professional manner.
• Solid math, analytical, and PC skills.
• Effective coaching, development, and performance management.
• Relationship building and consultative sales ability.

• High School diploma required.

• Minimum 3 years financial center management/supervision preferred.
• 3–5 years Sales/Service management preferred.
