Clinic Nurse Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse with OB/GYN experience to support our Ambulatory OB‑GYN department. The Staff Nurse will provide patient‑centered care, support clinical procedures, and collaborate closely with providers and multidisciplinary teams.

• Conduct health assessments and document patient histories.
• Perform fetal monitoring and non‑stress tests.
• Assist with OB‑GYN‑specific procedures and direct patient care.
• Administer medications and immunizations.
• Educate and counsel patients on care plans, medications, and follow‑up procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards (TJC, DOHSS).
• Respond to emergencies and elevate care as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Active RN License in New Jersey.
• BLS required; CLC or Ambulatory Care Certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in OB‑GYN or Maternal‑Child health; ambulatory care/outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience with fetal monitoring and lactation support is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
• Commitment to service excellence, patient advocacy, and safety.
