SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse with OB/GYN experience to support our Ambulatory OB‑GYN department. The Staff Nurse will provide patient‑centered care, support clinical procedures, and collaborate closely with providers and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct health assessments and document patient histories.
- Perform fetal monitoring and non‑stress tests.
- Assist with OB‑GYN‑specific procedures and direct patient care.
- Administer medications and immunizations.
- Educate and counsel patients on care plans, medications, and follow‑up procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards (TJC, DOHSS).
- Respond to emergencies and elevate care as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Active RN License in New Jersey.
- BLS required; CLC or Ambulatory Care Certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years in OB‑GYN or Maternal‑Child health; ambulatory care/outpatient experience preferred.
- Experience with fetal monitoring and lactation support is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
- Commitment to service excellence, patient advocacy, and safety.
