School Food Service Manager - Maschio's Food Services, Inc.
Location:
Lyndhurst, NJ
.
Shift: Monday through Friday, day shift, full-time, 8 hours per day. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.
Responsibilities- Oversight of cafeteria operations on a daily basis.
- Food service, preparation, and serving.
- Ensure quality and food safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Prepare inventories and month‑end paperwork.
- Supervise cafeteria staff and flag staffing needs.
- Serv Safe® certification a plus.
