The Coordinator Site Operations and Experience manages the demands of a cross‑functional, fast‑paced, entrepreneurial e‑commerce environment. They support optimization of the customer journey across the Aeropostale and Lucky websites. Focus is on delivering a seamless customer experience. Collaborate and share category and content insights with cross‑functional teams and the Manager of Operations and Site Experience. Assist in administrative support to satisfy the operational and technological demands of the business.
PositionResponsibilities
- Responsible for management of tracking documentation to support Photo studio and sample tracking processes. Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to ensure all data is correct and up to date.
- Responsible for creation and end‑to‑end testing of promotions and promotion codes in Salesforce Commerce Cloud; supporting CRM promotions.
- Own day‑to‑day tasks in running the e‑commerce business in Salesforce Business Manager/Storefront. This includes, but is not limited to: homepage content, launching products, collections/shops, attributes/filters, and navigation. Make daily changes to drive business results and in response to merchant requests.
- Monitor website daily to ensure that content is active online and appropriately displayed (images, performance, CTAs). Work with cross‑functional operations, development & creative departments to resolve any issues.
- Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to maintain an in‑depth understanding of assortment strategy (including online exclusives), pricing strategy & big ideas/product stories. Ensure key investments are represented appropriately in content, navigation, and driving desired results.
- Support 3rd‑party vendors and ops team to drive PDP performance:
Stylitics, Reviews, Fit Analytics. - Support the Manager of Site Operations and Experience in partnering with the marketing team to ensure deployed assets allow for optimal shopping experience (including but not limited to: styles match promotion, styles are live on site, and stories match merchandising strategy). Identify problems and opportunities and respond accordingly, engaging cross‑functional teams where necessary.
- Participate in seasonal planning with creative, marketing, and merchant teams to ensure assets are planned for and created to support e‑com strategies for Aeropostale and Nautica.
- Work in synergy with the entire e‑commerce team toward common goals.
- Proactively seek out new opportunities to grow the e‑commerce business and further one’s professional development.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams.
- Organizational, prioritizing and time‑management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities.
- Experience in Salesforce Business Manager preferred.

- For Stores & Distribution Centers:
Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
