Responsible for outbound shipping of merchandise and non-merchandise products for domestic and international channels, as well as receiving and distributing inbound products. Ensures shipments are accurately prepared and inventory is properly maintained.
Responsibilities- Receive, transact, ship, and distribute merchandise, components, and non-merchandise products.
- Create shipping labels and prepare orders for shipment using carriers including Fed Ex, UPS, and Brinks.
- Monitor shipping accuracy, report overages, shortages, and picking inaccuracies, and maintain inventory integrity.
- Receive and dispatch deliveries, deliver packages to the appropriate departments, and ensure shipments include accurate packaging and documentation.
- Plan and complete orders, maintain organized work areas and shipping supplies, and contribute to process improvements and departmental projects.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be willing to work overtime when required.
