Bluestone Trading Co Inc. is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Lyndhurst office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, assisting regular accounts and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
The ideal candidate has a customer‑first mindset and aims to deliver high‑quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities- Manage inbound customer communications – answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers and suggest products based on their needs.
- Provide support to the outside sales team – assist the team by responding to requests and filling orders while they are on the road.
- Consult on customer success – advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products based on their unique needs.
- Maintain working product knowledge – act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up‑to‑date and strategic.
- Track interactions in CRM – record customers interactions in internal system for cross‑functional awareness and relationship development.
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Ability to manage time and stay organized while multitasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Familiarity with CRM system
- 3+ years proven experience in a customer service or related role
- 1+ year of jewelry experience is a bonus
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
