Educator Pay Rate: $15.00–$18.00 (based on education and experience)

Program

Hours:

Monday–Friday 6:45 am‑8:30 am and/or 1:45 pm‑6:00 pm (your schedule may vary based on business needs)

You’ll drive the mission by:

• Daily Program Meetings
  :
  Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, and encourage collaboration.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities
  :
  Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring they align with the program’s objectives. Lead structured daily fitness and educational activities for all ages.
• Leading by Example
  :
  Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy
  :
  Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance and incidents.
• Communication
  :
  Effectively communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Works well in a team environment
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements
• First‑Aid and CPR in‑person
• Cleared tuberculosis test
• Proof of MMR
• 18+ years of age
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required
• Enrollment in or completion of a two‑year career‑technical program in child development, or a high school senior enrolled in a college credit program in child development
• OR:
  Enrollment or completion of a two‑year career‑technical program with a signed statement of enrollment from the training program coordinator
