We have a Full-time opportunity for a Therapy Program Manager (TPM) / Director of Rehab (DOR) at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lyndhurst, OH. This is a salaried position that requires an active state license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years of management experience. Preference would be to fill this with a PTA or a COTA.
